"From Star Wars to Star Wars" is a one-hour special
hosted by Samuel L. Jackson. The show features exclusive interviews with George Lucas,
Harrison Ford, Steven Spielberg, James Cameron, and many other figures involved with movie
special effects. It guides the spectators through more than 20 years of special effects
devised by Industrial Light & Magic, exploring the many steps required to create a complex
effects shot. The inner workings of the Episode I Podrace, among other selected movie scenes,
are presented in detail.
The documentary also features a closer look at the making of "Death Becomes Her", including
a brief interview with Meryl Streep. The same footage is also featured in the Making Of on
