Earlier today, “Only Murders in the Building” received 7 Emmy nominations (make it 8 if you count a nomination for Hulu’s making of featurette for season 4 – there seem to be categories for everything). Unfortunately, Meryl Streep didn’t make the cut in the Best Supporting Actress category – neither did Steve Martin, Selena Gomez, nor Melissa McCarthy – who was tipped for a Guest Actress nomination. The only acting nomination went to Martin Short, who, earlier this year, received a Screen Actors Guild Award for his performance. The full list of nominations can be found below. The Emmys are handed out on September 14, 2025.
