The Golden Globes will be handed out tonight and Simply Streep will have live coverage of the ceremony with pictures and video updates throughout. Meryl Streep is nominated as Best Actress in a Comedy or Muscial for “Hope Springs” and will be a presenter as well, most probably for Best Actor in a Drama. I personally don’t think she will win tonight, since co-nominee Jennifer Lawrence is a current frontrunner for the Globe as well as the Oscar, but I’m sure her presenting of an award will make up for this. To celebrate tonight’s Golden Globes, a new flipbook has been created with Meryl’s past Globe appearances.

If you can’t wait for the ceremony to start, why not have a look at Meryl’s past segments at the Golden Globes. Below you can re-watch her appearances since her first in 1989 to the most recent Golden Globe win in 2012 for “The Iron Lady”. Do you have a favorite for tonight? Share you predictions and comments on this years’ Golden Globes in the comments.
